Because we are not able to delete and or transferred the domain name once it’s registered or transferred, there is a fee of $14.95 for all domain names that we register or transfer (This applies to the free domain name promotion as well). Therefore, if you cancel within 30 days of your purchase, you will be charged $14.95 for the domain name. Free domain offer is only available during the first 30 days of service.
